Founded in year 2009, Sumhouse Sdn Bhd is licensed (E(1)1478) by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA).
Sumhouse business includes new development projects, secondary market, shop lots, factories, real estate leasing, real estate auctions etc., the first two of which form our primary focus. Sumhouse’s key business areas cover Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, the golden triangle area.
Sumhouse is headquartered in Ampang, Selangor. In 2013, after a solid foundation has been established, we decided to set up branches in strategic locations in Klang Valley. From a couple of real estate negotiators, we have now grown into a team of 500 real estate negotiators.
